Leadership Opportunities

Look through the six ministry team opportunities for servant leadership at Common Table. Each team offers different levels of commitment, relevant experience, and spiritual gifts. Read more below on the various roles and how this process works.

See a role you feel called to? Fill out the leadership interest form in person or by clicking the button at the bottom of this page.

As you ponder your potential interest, the information you provide will help our Committee on Nominations and Leadership Development to have deeper insight into the gifts and experience of our diverse congregation.

To be clear, signifying your interest with this form is not a commitment: you’re not on the hook yet! This summer, our Committee on Nominations and Leadership Development will discern our new leadership using resources like prayer, scriptural reflection, and the information that you’re sharing here. The committee will then contact potential leaders and present a final leadership slate to our church council and then to our charge conference for election this fall.

While this form isn’t a guarantee that we’ll call on you this time (there are only so many leadership opportunities each year), we believe it will bless you and us as we open our imaginations to holy possibility.

If you've already filled this form out in person, you do not need to complete this step.

Thanks for considering servant leadership opportunities at Common Table!
